For guests who will be paying for their Utopia Carnival Cruise stateroom with multiple credit cards, please ensure you have all the necessary information, including the credit card numbers (with expiration date and the card's verification code/number) and the billing name and address for each card. Please note that the credit card(s) must belong to the guest(s) listed on the reservation.

Yes, flexible payment terms are available through Utopia Carnival Cruise's monthly payment plans. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for each guest, based on the number of passengers in your stateroom. The deposit amounts are as follows: ● $500 per person for Inner Staterooms ● $700 per person for Oceanview Staterooms ● $800 per person for Balcony Rooms ● $1000 per person for Suites above Uber Suites ● $1200 per person for Owner Suites and above Your remaining cabin balance will be split into equal monthly payments, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on either the 30th or the first day of each month. The final balance is due no later than September 1, 2023 for all UCC Fall reservations made up until August 1, 2023. To change your credit card information, simply log into your UCC account and update your credit card details. Passengers may upgrade to a higher cabin category at any time, subject to availability, but downgrades are not permitted. If your credit card on file is declined or your payment is not received by your due dates, a late fee of $35.00 per person will be added to your reservation. If your reservation remains unpaid at any time, Utopia Carnival Cruise reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

Inner Stateroom: $500 per person Ocean View Stateroom: $700 per person Balcony Room: $800 per person Utopia Suites and above: $1100 per person Monthly payment plans are available for UCC bookings. The monthly payment rate will be calculated based on the cabin type/category selected, plus taxes, fees, gratuities, and admin fees ($700), minus the deposit paid, divided by the number of months required to finalize the cabin booking. All deposits and payments made towards Utopia Carnival Cruise are non-refundable without any exceptions. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If you decide to cancel your reservation, a written notice of cancellation must be received via certified mail, overnight courier, or email sent to [email protected]. No refund or credit is applicable towards a future cruise if you miss the boarding time on the departure date due to a flight or any other delay. Please note that if you decide not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel, it will be considered as a cancellation by you, and no refund or credit will be given. Unused features or early departures for any reason will not be refunded or credited. No refunds will be given for unused tickets, for those who do not board the ship on time, or after the Utopia Carnival Cruise has taken place. Yes, it is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from financial loss due to unexpected cancellations or travel emergencies. To make it easy for you, UCC provides travel insurance options after you have booked your cabin. Utopia Carnival Cruise recommends that all guests travel with a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. This will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in case of missed embarkation, or to fly back to the U.S. should they need to disembark mid-cruise for any reason. For "closed-loop" cruises, which start and end at the same U.S. port, U.S. citizens (including children) can enter or leave the country with either a valid U.S. passport or proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate (or ConsuMiamir report of Birth Abroad or Certificate of Naturalization) with government-issued photo identification like a State-issued driver's license. Other acceptable forms of identification include U.S. Passport Cards, Enhanced Driver's Licenses, Trusted Traveler Cards (NEXUS, SENTRI, or FAST), Military Identification Cards (for members of the U.S. armed forces on official orders), U.S. Merchant Mariner Document (for U.S. citizens on official maritime business), and Enhanced Tribal Card (where available). Baptismal papers, hospital certificates of birth, voter registration cards, and Social Security cards are not considered proof of citizenship. Non-U.S. Citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa, if applicable. Non-U.S. Citizens should contact U.S. Immigration at 1-800-375-5283 to ensure their identification will be satisfactory for both entry into the U.S. and the cruise. All guests must present the required documentation at embarkation. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued. Utopia Carnival Cruise and other Released Parties assume no responsibility for advising guests of immigration requirements. Non-U.S. citizens must contact the appropriate consulates, embassies, and/or immigration offices to inquire about necessary documentation for the cruise's ports of call. Guests must ensure that the name listed on their travel documents exactly matches their name as listed on their cruise documents. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have the proper, valid documents to board the ship. Utopia Carnival Cruise is not responsible for denied boarding due to insufficient documents.

For Utopia Carnival Cruise, you will receive an email containing your cruise line booking/reservation number and instructions on how to complete your online check-in and print your boarding pass, 30 days before your sailing date. It is mandatory for each guest in your cabin to complete the online check-in process at least one week before sailing. Your boarding pass, which you need to present during check-in at the terminal, will serve as your "ticket" for boarding the ship. Therefore, it is important to print the boarding pass after completing the online check-in process.

Ensures correct booking information and spelling of legal names on documentation. Incorrect spelling may lead to denied boarding without refund. Utopia Carnival Cruise is not responsible for denied boarding, please contact them immediately for any name corrections. Provides the boarding pass and e-documents necessary for check-in at the pier. Note that the Utopia Carnival Cruise Invoice is not a ticket for boarding. Speeds up the check-in process at the port. Completing the required information beforehand expedites the check-in process, allowing you to start your Utopia Carnival Cruise experience sooner!

Utopia Carnival Cruise receives several roommate requests. If you need a roommate, please email [email protected], and they will try their best to accommodate you. Please note that room share options are limited and subject to availability. Utopia Carnival Cruise will make an effort to pair you with someone of similar age, gender, and cabin selection, but requests are not guaranteed. It's important to keep in mind that accepting a roommate is at your own risk. Utopia Carnival Cruise is not responsible or liable for any claims or causes of action arising from your selection of a roommate, including any injury or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, resulting from such request or selection. Here are the following rules and stipulations that must be agreed upon by all parties: Roommate Assignments 1. a) Roommate matching will be made about one (1) week before the scheduled final payment due date, which is March 1, 2023. Utopia Carnival Cruise will send an email to all roommate match guests, providing contact details for their assigned roommates and their final stateroom assignments. If there are special circumstances with the ship, such as a sell-out, the email may be sent earlier, and a revised matching and cancellation penalty date will be designated. b) If Utopia Carnival Cruise cannot find a roommate match by the final payment due date, the guest agrees to take a single cabin with the additional collection of the single occupancy rate. The guest will understand that if a roommate match can be made before sailing, their fare will be adjusted back to the double occupancy rate, and a refund will be processed accordingly. Roommate Cancellation & Responsibility 2. a) If a guest has been matched with a roommate who cancels the cruise or withdraws from the roommate match program, the person that cancelled or withdrew will pay the additional charge for the full single occupancy rate for the remaining roommate. b) Utopia Carnival Cruise will make efforts to find a replacement roommate, but this cannot be guaranteed. If a replacement roommate is found, the cancelling party may still be responsible for any penalties or fees assessed, such as name change fees, etc. c) The intent of this policy is to protect the non-cancelling roommate from any supplemental charges. Please note that the Roommate Match Terms and Conditions should be read with the Utopia Carnival Cruise Participant's Agreement (Terms & Conditions), which is binding on you (the passenger).

To book your Utopia Carnival Cruise, the following information is required for each guest sharing a cabin: 1. Any special dietary or physical requirements We strongly advise all passengers to carry a passport (valid for at least six months beyond the trip's completion). This ensures you can fly from the United States to a foreign port if you miss your scheduled embarkation or fly back to the U.S. if you need to disembark the vessel mid-cruise for any reason.
